What We Do
Asia-Career is a provider of solutions to your recruitment needs. We are dedicated in helping you achieve your recruitment goals and we provide candidates who fulfill your expectations. The following hiring tools may vary based on each respective client’s industry needs.
Recruitment Sourcing
We attract candidates through the following main sources:
- Referrals from past and current candidates.
- Regular advertising in a variety of professional magazines, national newspapers and the Internet.
- Referrals through other consultancies that operate in geographical or technical areas outside our own.
- Access to a sophisticated database which was developed specifically in order to keep up to date with active applicants.
Organization and Position Analysis
- Interview appropriate individuals to analyze the position and establish expectations regarding desirable training, experience and personal characteristics of candidates.
- Actively seek out individuals with superior qualifications.
Preliminary Screening
- Acknowledge and evaluate all resumes received.
- Conduct telephone screening with the most promising candidates to obtain a better understanding of their background and suitability for the position.
Candidate Evaluation
- Interview candidates that have been shortlisted to determing the most qualified for the position.
- Examine candidate qualifications and achievements in accordance to the selection criteria.
- Verify degrees and certifications.
- Conduct complete and detailed reference and background checks of qualified candidates for the position being recruited.
Final Reporting/Client Interviews
- Submit candidates’ resume
- Assist in scheduling candidates for final interview.
- Send information on candidates to aid preparation for the interview.
- Co-ordinate the employee agreement, letter offer or contract employment<
Supplemental Activities
- Provide update on the status of the search to the client.
- Handle all administrative details related to the executive search.
- Advise candidates of their status at each critical point in the recruitment. In addition, respond to inquiries regarding the status of their candidacy within one to two business days.
